HostingBrain provides market intelligence on web-hosting and domain infrastructure, delivered through an MCP connector and related interfaces ("the Service"). Most of the Service requires an access key or connected account; a set of market-level functions answers without one, and those answers carry an attribution line asking you to name HostingBrain and the date when you quote them.
The Service is an analysis surface, not a data feed. You may use answers in your own research, memoranda and internal reports; when you quote them, please name HostingBrain and the date. You may not:
We monitor usage patterns for extraction behaviour; violation is grounds for immediate suspension. Bulk data licensing exists — ask us instead of scraping.
Your query subjects are never visible to other customers and never sold. Query parameters are retained for operations and abuse prevention, and reduced to theme-level aggregates after 90 days. See Privacy.
Figures are analytical observations derived from public internet infrastructure, delivered with explicit denominators, confidence levels and caveats. They are floors, ceilings or estimates as labelled — not audited facts. The Service is not investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and it recommends no course of action. If we materially correct a served figure, active subscribers are notified.
Pro and Analyst are monthly subscriptions sold through Polar as merchant of record. The price is shown at checkout, the subscription renews each month until you cancel it in Polar's customer portal, and our terms of sale, data licence and refund policy apply. Either party may terminate at term end. When a subscription ends, its API key stops working; the free tier stays open to you. We may suspend accounts violating §2 without refund.
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. No liability for indirect or consequential damages, or decisions taken on the basis of the Service.
The service is provided by HostingBrain ApS, CVR 46679091, VAT DK46679091, Store Kannikestræde 10, 1169 København K, Denmark; Danish law, venue Copenhagen. Paid plans are sold through Polar as merchant of record. A consumer keeps the protection of the mandatory law of the country where they live, and may bring a claim in the courts there.
